Online Coaching
Online coaching gives you a fully personalised training program, video feedback, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me — without needing to train in-person. It’s ideal if you want structure, support, and progression on your own schedule.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
Not necessarily. I’ll build your plan based on what you have — whether it’s a full gym, basic home setup, or just bodyweight.
Is there any nutrition help included?
Yes — I’ll provide guidance around calorie targets, macros, food habits, and accountability strategies to support your training. No restrictive meal plans — just practical, sustainable advice.
How do check-ins work?
We’ll do weekly check-ins via email or WhatsApp to review progress, make adjustments, and address any questions. You’ll also get feedback on video uploads if needed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. It’s billed monthly and you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No long-term contract.
1-2-1 Personal Training
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions are held in person Underground Gym, 8 Camden St, Brighton and Hove, BN41 1AW.
I’ll confirm the time with you after you book.
How long is each session?
Each personal training session is 60 minutes.
Can I try a session before committing?
Yes. I offer a free intro session to assess your goals and see if we’re a good fit.
Do you offer help with nutrition in PT too?
Yes. You’ll get basic nutrition guidance — calorie targets, habits, and support to align your eating with your training goals.
How does the monthly PT plan work?
You choose either 1, 4, or 8 sessions per month and set up a monthly direct debit. You get recurring time slots and session planning support.
What if I miss a session?
Just give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded or carried over.

I’m not fit / I’ve never trained before — can I still start?
Absolutely. I work with all levels — including complete beginners. Everything is scaled to your ability and built to progress safely.
What if I have injuries or mobility issues?
We’ll factor that into your plan. My coaching includes mobility work and movement progressions to support injury prevention and rehab.
Do you only coach men?
No — I coach anyone ready to train with intention and consistency. That said, some of my work (especially on emotional development) is tailored toward men.
